Before you book

Service questions

Can you bring the powder coating setup to me?

Our trailer carries an 8-foot curing oven for mobile jobs. Send your location and project details so we can confirm whether a mobile visit or shop arrangement will suit the work.

What size parts can you coat?

Send the full length, width, height, and approximate weight of each part. We will check the fit and confirm whether we can take the project before you book.

Can you powder coat installed metal in place?

The mobile oven is for suitable parts that can be prepared, handled, and cured. Tell us whether your pieces can be removed; removal and reinstallation need to be agreed in the project scope.

Can I choose a specific color?

Our standard colors are black, gray, and white. We can order specialty colors; availability and any additional cost are confirmed with your quote.

Do you offer blasting?

No. We review the existing finish and preparation needed before accepting a coating job.

How should I care for the finish?

Powder coating can chip or scratch. If bare steel is exposed, touch it up promptly with a suitable rust-inhibiting paint. Contact us if you have a concern about the finish.

When is payment due?

Standard coating jobs are paid on completion, before release. Larger jobs or specialty materials may require a deposit, agreed during quoting.
